Motor Accident Claims

Every year many people lose their lives in road accidents. Sometimes it is because of their fault and the other times, they have to pay for the actions of the others. But what is the remedy available to a person who suffers because of the wrong actions of others? The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 is the remedy. It is through this Act that all the offenders are held liable and in the form of punishment they have to compensate the victim. This Act aims at preventing motor vehicle accidents, and if in case it happens, it ensures that the victim gets justice and the person who caused the accident gets punished.
